I'm Irene McCann and this is my Coldwell Banker® success story.

I started my real estate career with a company that financially rewarded agents who were successful recruiters. So when my personal success became more about how many agents I brought in and less about how many clients I helped buy or sell a home, I knew that I needed a change.


Serving My Clients, Not Recruiting Agents

I found that I wasn’t a recruiter and didn’t really want to be. When I made my decision to leave, I wanted to go to a real estate company where I could surround myself with like-minded professionals whose main focus, above all else, was to serve clients. After all, this is my career, my livelihood. I wanted to be more than the agent I was. And having the right tools and professional atmosphere to learn from was exactly what I needed.
